(nee Weiglein) Passed away peacefully surrounded by her family, Sunday, October 27, 2019 at the age of 94.

Joining her beloved husband Calvin, daughters, Sandra DiMaggio, Laurie Kettenbeil, and baby girl Bates.  Dear mother-in-law of Joe “Bud” DiMaggio.  Loving granny of Lisa Kettenbeil, Leah (Greg) Kuether, Ray Roberts, Jamie (Brenda) DiMaggio and Jessica (Steve) DiMaggio.  Great-grandmother of Amber, Alexis, Andrea, Joshua, Molly and Karissa.  Great-great-grandmother to Ariel, Robert, August, D.J., Addison and Tyler.  Also loved by other relatives and friends.

Granny: A motivated, multitalented, artistic introverted, soul... So enthusiastic over wildlife and nature. You were a progressive pioneer to recycling prior to the environmental movement. Your environmental wisdom forced during wartime, when supplies were rationed. Yes historically, you survived and endured numerous tragedies that unified generations to come: The Depression, WWII, Kennedy and Martin Luther King assassinations, and The Towers. Personally, you endured far too many untimely, painful loses of close loved ones. Now is your time to rest Granny. Be reassured the language you taught me was pure compassion a gift, I am eternally grateful for.
