Entered Eternal Rest on Sunday, July 25, 2010, at the age of 68 after a long, courageous battle with breast cancer. Lynn was born March 18, 1942 in West Allis to Thomas and Klara (Syversen) Hansen, both born in Norway.Lynn was the beloved spouse of Victor Share who preceded her in eternal peace on July 8, 2010. They had their first date in 1962 at Hales Corners Speedway and have been soul-mates ever since. They were married February 14, 1970 and was the first married couple to retire together from Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance Co. in March of 1997. Lynn is survived by cousins here and in Norway, many friends and neighbors, as well as her pals Josie and Maddie.Lynn was a member of the Sons of Norway and was very active with Fosselyngen Lodge #82. She was very proud of her Norwegian heritage and genealogy as well as her devotion to Fosselyngen Lodge #82 kept her very busy. She was treasurer of the Monomonee Valley Chapter 47 Clock and Watch Association and treasurer of the Pond and Water Garden Club. Various other garden clubs and organizations were of special interest to her. She was also a sister member of the Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil War Auxiliary. Visitation at the Funeral Home Friday, July 30, 4-7 PM with a special ceremony of honors by the Sons of Union Veterans of the Civil Way Auxiliary at 6 PM. Visitation at the Funeral Home Saturday, 10-11 AM. Funeral Service at 11 AM. Interment will be at Highland Memorial Park, 14875 W. Greenfield Ave., New Berlin, immediately following the service.Sincere appreciation is extended to Dr. Laura McGartland, Oncology Alliance, Zilber Family Hospice and the staff at Krause Funeral Home for the comfort and support the family has received.
