Curley, Marianne (nee Stelmachowski) passed away peacefully, Sunday, May 6, 2018.  Age 79.  Preceded in death by her beloved husband, Daniel J. Curley.  Loving mother of Daniel E. (Krista Anders) and Mary Kathryn (James) Fliss.  Loved grandmother of Kaitlin and Luke.  Dear sister of Judith (the late Mel) Hintz, David (Judy) Stelmachowski, the late Ed (Camille) Stelmachowski, and Patricia (Robert) Madden.  Preceded in death by her parents, Edward and Clara (Schmidt) Stelmachowski.  Also loved by nieces, nephews, other relatives, friends, and students.

Marianne was a long time teacher and principal at St. Catherine School and a teacher at Mother of Good Counsel.

Gathering at St. Catherine Church, 5101 West Center Street, Milwaukee, this Saturday, May 12th from 9:00 AM until time of Mass at 10:30 AM.

Mrs Curley was one of my favorite teachers. She really took no nonsense, but was amazing when I was struggling. She really impacted me, and helped solidify a love for learning. I think of her often and the legacy she left in my life. My condolences to her loved ones left behind.
