Marilyn Remmel (nee Czarnecki) has been reunited with the love of her life on May 23, 2023. Her beloved husband of 57 years, Jerry G. Remmel, died in February 2017.
Marilyn lived a beautiful, impactful life and died peacefully at Heritage of Elm Grove where she lived the last 5 years. She is survived by her two children, Michael (Debbie) and Sarah (Peter). Marilyn was a devoted Catholic and she made it her life’s ambition to convert others to the traditional Catholic faith.
Marilyn was born on January 1, 1936, in Milwaukee, WI. She graduated from St. Mary’s Academy in 1954 and married in 1960. She was an avid tennis player and thoroughly loved competing. She loved spending the cold Wisconsin winters in Naples, FL where she was referred to as a force to be reckoned with on the tennis courts. She also enjoyed cooking, decorating, gardening, sewing and shopping, especially shopping. She believed her 1997 Lincoln Town Car was the best car made and drove it fondly until just a few years ago.
