Nancy was a dedicated animal advocate, it is her wishes that in lieu of flowers, donations be made to the Elmbrook Humane Society or HAWS (Humane Animal Shelter of Waukesha).

Passed away peacefully, Saturday September 30, 2017 at the age of 67 after a 9 year battle with breast cancer. Preceded in death by her parents Henry and Jean Lezak. Beloved wife of Dale for 23 years. Loving mom of Neil (Michelle) Goertz and Kelli (Bill) Quinlan. Proud grandma Liam and Desmond Goertz, Dylan, Brett and Conner Quilan.

Dear niece of Richard G. (Dorothy) Smith. Cousin by birth, sister in her heart, Prudence Precourt. Also loved by many cousins and long-time friends, and her precious cats, Potter, Gibbs and Emma.

Visitation at Krause Funeral Home, 21600 West Capitol Drive, Brookfield, Wisconsin, on Thursday, October 5, 2017 4:00 PM – 6:45 PM. Funeral Service 7:00 PM. Private Interment Wisconsin Memorial Park.

Dale and Family, Judy, Courtney, Kelsey and I would like to express our sincere condolences. Our thoughts and prayers are with you all. I will always remember our Sunday afternoon visits with Nancy, Jean, Henry, and Grandma. Oh how they would spoil us with treats, including getting to drink cherry and root beer soda from the big glass bottles of Grandpa Graf's. When I was in high school on occasion Nancy would let me change the oil in her blue Camaro, why she trusted her 17 year old cousin with that car I'll never know! Don't worry I always kept it under 60 mph. Even though we haven't been down to visit in a long time our thoughts have always been with you guys as she battled her illness.
