Neonetta Harris was born Jun 2, 1953 to the union of St. Elmo Dougar and Mrytle Dougar in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.Neonetta Harris received her high school diploma from Rufus King High School in Milwaukee, WI and furthered her education at Milwaukee Area Technical College for Commercial Arts.Neonetta Harris accepted Christ as her savior at the age of 6 and was united with St. Boniface Catholic Church.Neonetta Dougar was untied in holy Matrimony with Angelo Harris on Septemeber 19, 1986 in Minneapolis, MN.She was employed by Milwaukee Public Schools as a dietician for 13 years.She enjoyed cooking, drawing, dancing and loved spending time with her family. She spent her last days taking care of her mother and great niece.Neonetta Harris departed this life on 8/13/2017. She was preceded in death by St. Elmo Dougar (Father), Grandmothers (Willie Luckette and Naomi Askew), Brother in Law (Lester Harris), sister in Law (Lucille Thomas) and best friends D.C. and Bert.She leaves to cherish her memory her husband Angelo Harris,three sisters Myrtle Dougar, Theresa Dougar and Bernadette Dougar. One step-daughter Tracia Funches Jefrien. Six nieces, Sabrina Jones (Antonio Jones), Jaynece Dougar, Jasmine Tyler (Keelyn Tyler), Tanya Dougar, Paige Dougar, and Nicole Goosby. Four nephews, St. Elmo Riley, Lester Harris Jr. (Camiale Alvarado), Rondell Dougar, and Christopher Dougar. Six great nieces, Liliana Harris, Tiandria Riley, Kayla Harris, Kennedy Tyler, Kali Tyler and Faith Jones. Several great nephews, Romero Riley, Isiah Harris, Keelyn Tyler II, Josiah Walker, Jaxon Harris, Mario Friend and Damontae Jones.
Visitation will be held at Krause Funeral Home, 9000 West Capitol Drive in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on Friday August 18, 2017 from 11:00 AM – 12:00 PM. A Funeral Service to follow at 12:00 PM
