Passed away peacefully on Tuesday, December 21, 2021, age 86. Loving mother of Ann (Rick), Tom (Terri) and William (Pam). Further survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, other relatives and friends. Preceded in death by her loving husband, Frederick. Pat loved her church and spent many years volunteering her time at their Mission Center.

Services will be held privately.
