Returned to his heavenly home on Sunday, November 24, 2019 age 59.
He is survived by his loving wife of 34 years, Marianne, and his two children, Kevin and Lauren; his brother, David; his mother, Marion; his sister, Lori; numerous nieces and nephews. He is preceded in death by his father, John.
Patrick was born on July 3, 1960 in West Allis, Wisconsin. He was an avid sportsman, being recognized by the Pope & Young Club as an ethical and honorable bow hunter. Patrick was skilled in automotive and aircraft mechanics, and could fix nearly anything. Alongside his devoted wife, Marianne, he helped build and maintain their family home, where they raised Kevin and Lauren in a place filled with faith and love.
As a father, he taught Kevin and Lauren how to fish, ice skate, throw a baseball, downhill ski, and enjoy the great outdoors.
Patrick was filled with great joy being amongst family and dear friends after countless days on or near Lac La Belle.
After his 26 year battle with brain cancer, his family would like to thank Dr. Hendrikus Krouwer and Dr. Wade Mueller for their expertise and compassion throughout. He was cared for by his family and loved ones for the duration of his time on hospice in the comfort of his own home, until his brief stay at AngelsGrace Hospice.
Additionally, the Patrick Cleary Family expresses sincere gratitude to our friends, family, colleagues, neighbors, and caretakers.
