April 6, 1958 - February 8, 2022

Sherwin, Peter Gerard passed away peacefully and entered Heaven on February 8, 2022. Age 63. Devoted and beloved father of Lauren Sherwin (Jeff Beausejour). Dear friend of Cathy Negrete. Proud grandfather of Amaurie Beausejour. Son of Paul and Dorothy Sherwin. Brother of Mark (Janet), Karl (Julie) and John Sherwin. Loved by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. Peter was the most loving father a daughter could ask for. He was Lauren’s best friend, biggest supporter and the one she could always rely on to make her laugh no matter the situation. Lauren absolutely adored and admired him. Peter worked in the medical industry for over 30 years. He is fondly remembered by doctors, staff and patients for his care and humor. He left a lifetime of laughs, memories and jokes. A believer of God and lover of animals, Peter adored his dogs; corgies and dachshunds, but especially his bulldog, Romeo.

A special thank you to the staff at St. Luke’s Medical Hospital and Zilber Hospice for all of the loving care you provided for Peter.

He will be missed deeply, but remembered and honored everyday.

God bless you, Dad. Thank you for all of the memories.
We love you forever and never a day less.
