The memories we have of our times together while our children were all in school together are wonderful. Scouting, soccer, school activities!! Phil was always there and always smiling. He is, to this day, in our minds the perfect Scout Pack Leader!!! So many kids had a great time because of Phil. Your whole family, I know, is so proud of what he did for others. And in turn you. Nancy, our hearts go out to you and your family.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

I LOVE the condolence that Steve Pawlak shared! What a tremendous tribute to Phil that a former student would post such a powerful statement.

I was a student of Mr Moloney's at outpost for 3 years. I can say 100 percent of the reason I and many others graduated was because of Mr Moloney and the program. He was the perfect teacher for the perfect program for the kids that traditional high school didn't work for. He was very caring for everyone's situation. I hope his family knows how many young lives were put on the right track for just having Mr Moloney be a part of them.

We loved Phil and mourn his loss! Few people who exit this world have so positively made a difference in the lives of others. That is certainly a legacy that Phil’s family can be proud of and hope to emulate.
