Raymond A. Koester

Born June 7, 1919. Returned to the loving arms of Helen, his wife of 50 years, on March 22, 2012. Loving father of Ronald and Karen (Douglas) Luling. Grandfather of Kay Luling. Also loved by Gregory Edwards, other relatives and friends.Ray served proudly in the U.S. Navy during WWII aboard the LST 1004. He retired from Square D. Company in 1984 with 42 years of service. Ray was an avid golfer and bowler belonging to the Hansen Park Senior Club.A special thank-you to Carmen Ignatew, a true friend of the family, for her patient and loving care over the last 18 months.
