Mr. Mayhorn, also known as "Father Mayhorn", was the epitome of a Godly man. I called him Father Mayhorn and he called me Daughter #2 because of our relationship as Father and Daughter. He meant what he said and he truly said what he meant. He was the best example of what a real man should be. I will cherish the great memories about fishing - (I don't put worms on hooks), all the advice he provided and most of all the love he gave to me and my family. We love you Father Mayhorn. Rest well, Thank you for your service in the military and get all your rewards in heaven you so, deserve.

Uncle Richard was an amazing Man!! Funny, intelligent, articulate and a total family man. I spent many days in his presence laughing and just taking in some really powerful lessons in my life. Going fishing was a perfect exercise on being on time and helping to clean up when we got home from our fishing trips. I hope to impact lives the same way he impacted me. Love Always, Jeff & Dee Harris
