My deepest sympathy to you Joan and the children, and to Katy, Jean,Joan, and Dick. My first real memory of Bob was when the two of you stopped at our place in Camillus,NY, back in the 1950's and Bob talked about his possibly going to work for Trane Air conditioning with my Dad who had been with Carrier .I was taken by his intelligence, earnestness and quiet humor, and I have since enjoyed spending time with Bob at our Coffey family reunions. We will have fine memories of Bob to bring to the next one.

Joan and family, our thoughts and prayers are with you. Bob was such a wonderful man and always a positive influence on us growing up. I always remember coming up to Minnesota and going to the Twins and Red Sox game with Harmon Killebrew and Carl Yastrzemski! What a fun time that was! Love to you! Ps 73:26 My health may fail, and my spirit may grow weak, but God remains the strength of my heart; he is mine forever.

Gordon Bradshaw left a message on May 12, 2021:
Bob has to be one of the finest people I have ever known. From the years of working with him at Johnson Wax, to the great fun I had playing hockey with him and his sons in our Johnson league. I played a lot of hockey. That league was the most fun because of the friends I played with, which included Bob. I'm glad I was able to maintain contact via email with him after we retired. You have my deepest sympathy.
Peace of mind is a call away. We’re here when you need us most.

I cherished Robert's friendship all the years we spent together at S.C.Johnson and the many times we were able to golf and curl together. May he rest in peace.
