Robert James Widish “Bob” passed away peacefully and was reunited with his wife, Shirley on Thursday, November 3, 2022 at age 85.

Loving father of Dawn (Kurt) Hockerman and Robert Michael “Mike” (Bridget) Widish. Proud grandpa of Cory (Kris) Widish, Matt Widish-Lopez, Morgan Danielle Widish, Danica Sage Widish and Joe Cook. Cherished great-grandpa of Robbyn Noelle Widish, Kaiden Kristopher Widish and Nova Mae Rose Redel. Dear brother of Dale (Debra) Widish.

Preceded in death by his wife Shirley, granddaughter Jamie Marie Widish, his parents Frank and Charlotte Widish, and his sister Sharlene Marie Muthauf.

Bob proudly served his country in the U.S. Airforce.

Visitation at Krause Funeral Home 9000 West Capitol Drive, Milwaukee, Wisconsin on Wednesday, November 9th from 12:00 PM to 1:45 PM. Funeral Service at 2:00 PM.

Bob became a wonderful friend to my wife and I many years ago and we will miss him greatly. We spoke via telephone on average of once a month and I’m still wanting to pick up the phone to call him. I know he is rejoicing with his Lord and going to some Heavenly rummage sale! But maybe Shirley has learned to drive!

Bob & Shirley our " Dear Neighbors, across the alley) 51st Street where we lived for 12 years. Bob Bernie & Ollie were fishing buddies! Snow plowed the whole block as a team. Bob's expertise Grilling was always a Delicious treat. Shirley knit Beautiful Afghans I still own. They gave me a Surprise Baby Shower at their home for my youngest AnnMarie. My Sarah walking into their home (3yrs) looking for me😁Shirley laughed so hard. Mike, Dawn, Philip Rachel having lots of Basketball Fun in the alley. Herc their Wonderful Dog🐕 Incredible Memories. A body sleeps now but their Souls and Spirits remains forever in our Heart's. Rest In Peace🙏🏼 Grateful to be a part of your lives. Blessings to all the Family's at this difficult time.
