Vienna E. Eklund

(Nee Siirila) Joined her beloved husband Howard Saturday, April 2, 2011, at the age of 87. Loving mother of Gail Sternkopf-Heckenbach and Phyllis TenPas. Proud grandmother of Matthew and Sean Sternkopf. Great-grandma of Emily and Ian Sternkopf. Preceeded in death by sisters Mary Pflueger and Sylvia Oja, and brother John Siirila. Also loved by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. In lieu of flowers, memorials to James Beck Cancer Center, Rhinelander, WI. would be appreciated. Memorial gathering at Luther Manor Faith and Education Center, 4545 North 92nd Street, Friday, April 8, from 11:00 AM-Noon. Memorial service to follow at Noon. Private burial service at a later date will be at the Riverside Cemetery in Ironwood, MI, where she will be laid to rest with her husband.
