Dear brother of Charles (Inge), John (Pat), William Ziegler and the late Louise Bartosh. Also loved by other relatives and many friends.Walter was a combat pilot during WWII serving in Burma and China. He was awarded the Distinguished Flying Cross, Air Medal, 2 Battle Stars and the Distinguished Unit Citation.
