Left this world for a better life on August 26, 2021 at age 85. Alice had a most generous and loving heart. She traveled with a tour group once a year for several years after she retired. Alice traveled to South Africa, Europe, and walked the Great Wall of China. She graduated from Girls Tech in 1953 and worked at Wisconsin Bell (AT&T) until she retired in 1986.
She was proceeded in death by her parents Henry and Helen (nee Marsh) Hackstein. She is survived by her sister Louise (Richard) Neterval, her nephews Michael Neterval (Kathy Zastrow) and Jeff (Mary Sue) Neterval, great nieces Maggie Neterval and Kara Neterval, and great-great nephew Everett Minnaert.
Gathering at Krause Funeral Home, 9000 West Capitol Drive, Milwaukee, Wisconsin on Wednesday, October 13, 2021, from 3:00 PM – 4:45 PM. Memorial Service at 5:00 PM.
