Born in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada on December 29, 1927, Alice peacefully departed earthly life on May 6, 2020. She is preceded in death by her loving husband of 62 years, Greg Kaldunski, and her siblings Roy, Vernette, and Marion. Alice will be sorely missed by so many among us. The goodness, warmth and kindness she shared with everyone she met, would immediately draw them close to her. As I write this, I find it difficult to refer to her as Alice. Although I’m not related, I could not help but call her Mom or Ma Kal. It was such a pleasure to have known her. Alice and Greg raised three wonderful children, who all share the same beautiful attributes she had. Alice, in her own way, has truly made this world a better place for so many of us. My deepest condolences go out to her children Rich, Don, Jean, their families and all of her family and friends. Know that Alice’s loving ways shine in all of you, and will forever, in generations to come. It is for that reason, I am sure Alice is in Heaven right now, reunited with Greg at her side.
