Passed away Monday, November 1, 2021, at age 89. She was the loving mother of Mark (Debra), Kurt (Jolie), and Debra (Dave) Franklin; proud grandma of Alex (Susie) Neubauer, Nicole (Matthew) Pfeffer, Brian Neubauer, Samantha (Clay) Reimer, Jason Franklin, and Jonathan Neubauer; proud great-grandma of Cameron, Amaya, Everly, Adley and Olivia. Barbara is further survived by other relatives and friends. Barbara was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Donald C. Neubauer.

In lieu of flowers, memorials appreciated to Memorial Lutheran Church in Glendale, WI or the Milwaukee Rescue Mission.

We are truly sorry to hear of Barb's passing. She and your Dad we the first to really welcome me into the Neubauer family other than my in-laws. Her inner beauty was always visible in her smile.
