I first met Bonnie at Pewaukee Elementary when my children attended back in the 80’s! It was unexpected when we reacquainted through the AAUW at several outings many years later! Our best time was traveling together to Italy this past May, 2022. We shared a wonderful experience traveling for 10 days through southern Italy with a fun, energetic group of 12 women. Bonnie joined In the fun and was a remarkable traveler. She will be lovingly remembered and missed!

Bonnie and I have been friends since birth, Washington DC, 1935. Our parents were best of friends. We played together on the sandy beaches of Florida at age 2 or 3 with our sand buckets. Our paths have not crossed recently, but our love for each other has not dimmed. We talked by phone this summer, as my family had a family reunion in PA and Bonnie had John's family reunion in WI at the same time.
