Minocqua – Bruce V. Marshall lost his battle with cancer on April 29th, 2023, in his beloved home on Fence Lake.
He was born on January 18, 1952, in Milwaukee, WI to Phillip and Marie (Soper) Marshall. Bruce graduated from Sussex Hamilton High School, class of 1970. Following graduation, he joined the United States Marine Corps. Shortly thereafter, he married his high school sweetheart, Diane Yunker in 1973. They were married for 50 years this past March.
Following his time in the military, he worked for several Milwaukee area companies, but spent thirty of his years at Harley Davidson. Everything Bruce did was for his family. He worked long hours and overtime to achieve big goals, which created a beautiful and meaningful life for his wife, kids, and grandchildren. In retirement, he was able to spend more personal time outdoors, and traded soccer fields for lakes, hunting pastures, and snowmobile trails.
Bruce is predeceased by his parents, Phillip and Marie, and his favorite dog, Duke. Surviving in addition to his wife Diane (nee Yunker) Marshall, are his son Adam (Molly) Marshall, of Pewaukee, his daughter Kelly (Anthony) Miller, of Delafield, his son Eric (Kimi) Marshall, of Nashotah, and his 9 grandchildren, Owen, Andrew, Anna, Lucas, Julian, Colin, Vayda, Vivianne, and Landen.
