Claude (Dane) Everton McFarlane, Sr. was born on December 7, 1955 to Joyce Fairclough and Caleb McFarlane in Falmouth, Jamaica. He attended Milwaukee Area Technical College and later, Milwaukee School of Engineering. He was an entrepreneur at heart and devoted much of his time to his hair care business. We had a brief opportunity to meet and know Claude but we never could get the encounter out of our minds. He did everything to make our short holidays in Milwaukee to visit our daughter and her husband, Marjorie and Chris, a memorable one.
He was full of life and such a selfless and pleasant person to be with. He had plans of one day visiting us in Ghana and Africa although he complained of the flying. What a loss. Gone too soon.
May his gentle soul Rest in Peace.
