Died peacefully on July 9, 2016, at the age of 84. Tender husband of Carol (nee Gladson), for 61 years. Kind father of Mike (Kathy) and the late Missy. Brother of Keith (Bev) and the late Jim (the late Sandy). Also loved by other relatives and friends. Thanks for the memories.

Hi Pappy,
I got Little Horse up and running! It took some doing, but she sounds and runs like new. I went past our old house, where I first rode her. I still remember when we went to King Honda to buy her. I hope you were smiling as much as I was when she fired up, after all these years. I miss you very, very much.

I'm so sorry for your loss. May you find comfort from your memories, as well as the comfort found in God’s word the bible. In the face of such tragedy, many wonder why God allows such suffering. In the bible, Romans 5:12 says, "That is why, just as through one man (Adam) sin entered into the world and death through sin, and thus death spread to all men because they had all sinned." How loving of God to promise what is found at Revelation 21:4 which says, “And he will wipe out every tear from their eyes, and death will be no more, neither will mourning nor outcry nor pain be anymore. The former things have passed away.”
