Dorris Mae Pauers

Our beloved mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother passed into God’s heavenly kingdom on Saturday, August 21, 2021, at the age of 99. Devoted mother of Geoffrey S. Pauers and Vicki (Merlin) Depies. Loving grandmother of Sherry, Dave, Eric, and Pam. Cherished great-grandmother of Jenna, Natalie, Peyton, Elly, and Jacob. Further survived by special sister-in-law, Donna Prasser; nieces and nephews; and several friends in mom’s life.

Preceded in death by parents, Harry and Edna Prasser; former husband, Robert F. Pauers; sister, Lucille; brother-in-law, Paul D. Mitchell II; and brother, Norbert Prasser.

No holiday will pass without remembering mom’s perfect Christmas cookies, and her love of blitz tortes on her birthday. Mom has taken a good part of our hearts with her, but we are reassured of God’s promise to be reunited in His heavenly kingdom.

Our profound and heartfelt gratitude to the angels on earth at Gables on the Pond (Random Lake), especially Cari, Shannon, Kayla, CeCe, Melissa, Abby, and Teresa; and Sharon S. Richardson Hospice, especially Corrin, for their unfaltering compassion toward mom’s care and comfort. All of you have richly blessed our lives in so many ways, and we are forever grateful.
