Eulalia (Lee) Cecilia Malliet, age 86, was called to Heaven on May 5, 2022.
She was born in West Allis, Wisconsin on December 21, 1935 to the late Edmund and Eleanore Tomaszewski. Lee married Vernon Malliet at St. Joseph Church on September 29, 1956 and they shared 57 years together before he preceded her in death on December 20, 2013.
Lee’s faith was very important to her, she was a member of the Christian Women’s Society and an extra ordinary minister of holy communion at St. James Catholic Church in Mukwonago, Wisconsin.
In her free time, Lee often could be found dancing along to a polka or reading a good mystery by Agatha Christie or Sue Grafton. She worked at Boston Store and the Medical College of Wisconsin, but by far her most important vocation was Mom and Grandma to her 6 children and 13 grandchildren.
Lee is survived by her children: Randy (Lorna), Kevin (Cindy), Mary Ellen (Brian) Beczkiewicz, Philip (Karen), Michelle (Kurt) Eaton and Darren (Brianne). Her grandchildren: Nicholas (Kristie) and Matthew, Kristin (Chad) Walden, Kyle (Elizabeth) Beczkiewicz, Andrea (Todd) Gillman, Aaron and Ryan Beczkiewicz, Kaitlin and Christopher, Allison and Spencer Eaton and Olivia and Eliana. She is also survived by 3 Great Grandchildren: Christian Slottke and Brock and Marie Gillman.
Lee is further survived by sisters and brothers in-law: Bob and Peggy Malliet, Patti Malliet, Karen Heron, Marilyn Flash and other nieces and nephews.
In addition to her parents and husband Vern, Lee was preceded in death by her father-in-law and mother in-law, Clarence and Sylvia Malliet, siblings: Joanne (Bob) Fulwiler, Gerald (Nancy) Tomaszewski, Theresa (Leroy) Grissmeyer, Rosalie (Wally) Herzog and Ron Malliet and infant grandchild Brian Malliet.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Monday, May 16, 2022 at St. James Catholic Church, Mukwonago, Wisconsin with Father Loyola Amalraj officiating. Visitation will be held at church from 10:00 AM until the time of Mass at 11:00 AM.
