Gerald “Jerry” P. Veenendaal

Entered Eternal Life on June 14, 2019 at the age of 100.  Loving husband of the late Janet (nee’) Louis and the late Joyce O’Sullivan (nee’) Smith.  Devoted father of Terry (Darla) Veenendaal.  Grandfather of Sean (Colleen) and Mark (Melissa) Veenendaal.  Great-grandfather of Sean, Peter, Megan, Hannah and Riley Veenendaal.   Brother of the late Russell (the late Lillian) and the late Merton (the late Lorraine) Veenendaal. Brother-in-law of Patricia (the late Chuck) Darden and the late Helen (the late Loren) Schultz.  Also survived by other relatives and friends.  Jerry was the former owner and President of S. J. Brown, Inc.  He had been the President of the Woodworkers Guild and Scout Master of Brookfield Boy Scout Troop 55.  Jerry treasured time with his family and friends.  In Jerry’s retirement, he enjoyed golf, creating Tiffany glass lamps and hangings, wood turning, and playing sheepshead.  He made new friends everywhere he went.

Visitation will be held at Krause Funeral Home, 21600 W. Capitol Drive, Brookfield, on Sunday, June 30, 2019, from 2:00 to 4:15 PM followed by a Funeral Service at 4:30 PM.
