Gloria Jean Ingram was born on November 7, 1954 to the union of Thelma Scott and James Ingram in Lambert, Mississppi. She received her formal education at Quitman County School in Marks, Mississippi.
She accepted Christ as her Savior at an early age and was united with Second Baptist Church Of Lambert. During her journey she loved to inspire others daily, with the awakening of the daily bread to nourish our spirits and give us hope.
Gloria Ingram was united in holy matrimony with Christol Ragland in Lambert, Mississippi. Their union was blessed with three children, Tynicia Ingram, Jeremy Ingram and Christopher Ragland.
Gloria was a housewife and loving mother. In her leisure, Gloria enjoyed daily devotional reading, playing board games, outside nature, fishing, collecting memorable pictures of family and was the family peacemaker.
Gloria Ingram departed this life on October 31, 2017. She was proceded in death by her parents, James and Thelma Ingram; and siblings, Bernice Ingram, Charles Ingram, Billy Ingram, Willie Ingram and Jimmy Dale Ingram.
She leaves to cherish her memory; her loving husband, Christol Ragland; two sons, Christopher Ragland and Jeremy Ingram of Milwaukee, WI; one daughter, Tynicia Ingram of Milwaukee, WI; two brothers, Larry Ingram and Talmadge “Tab” Ingram of Lambert, MS; four sisters, Carolyn Sue Ingram, Annie Ingram (Nita), Belinda Ingram and Thelma Ingram; eleven grandchildren; ten great grandchildren, and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
