I'm only just finding out now about Greg's passing. I run the open mic at the Speakeasy in Longmont, which is where I met Greg. He would often be the first person to greet me, and I'd get photos and video of him performing. He was always ready with a story, a music recommendation, and a heartfelt song. I've been missing his good nature and welcoming spirit for a while now, and I got worried enough to search for him. Deepest condolences to those who were in his close circle who have no doubt experienced his loss in a profound and direct way. He will be missed greatly.

Greg was wonderful friend since we were young kids growing up in the neighborhood. I have so many positive memories of our times together. We stayed in touch through the years and I enjoyed all our phone calls and visits. Greg always followed through on what he said he would do. We had a great visit in Boulder In October with Greg. Greg was a lifelong friend and will always have a special place in our hearts.
