(Nee Hoegner) Born into Eternal Life on Wednesday, October 27, 2021 at age 90. Loving wife of Erik. Cherished mother of Barbara (Hornung), Steffi (and Mike Kalwitz) and Caroline. Dear Grandmother to Danielle, Andy, Erika and Luke along with five great-grandchildren. Special sister to Renate (Hoegner).

Burial will take place on Wednesday, November 3rd at Wisconsin Memorial Park in Brookfield for close family members.

Born in Leipzig, Germany, Inge trained as a haberdasher when she was 13 and worked for Hella HutSalon. She met Erik at a dance class where they were partnered, later becoming partners in life at the St. Thomas Kirche in 1950. Inge and Erik joined her mother and sister in Milwaukee, emigrating with their two daughters, Barbara and Steffi. Her first job in the United States was sewing children’s dresses at Florence Eisman.
