Dembinski of Greenfield, WI. and Audrey M. Marx, (James, deceased), of Milwaukee, WI. Godmother of niece Mary Beth Hess (Ron) of Phoenix, Arizona. Further survived by other relatives and friends.
Jackie had resided in Hales Corners from 1963 to 2012, on Parnell Avenue. She was a former member of the Hales Corners Women’s Club. A devoted member of St. Mary’s Catholic Parish, she volunteered her time on many committees, activities, and events. Her thanks to all of the staff and Clergy. She enjoyed travel, completing multiple trips overseas, time spent in Door County with family over the years, and active socializing. Spending time with family was always special to her.
On Monday April 2nd, 2018 a visitation will be held in the Lasata Care Center Chapel, located at W76 N677 Wauwatosa Road, Cedarburg, WI., (Lower Level East Side) from 3:30 PM to 6:30 PM. Lasata Crossings, an Assisted Living Facility, had been Jackie’s residence since 2012.
On Tuesday April 3rd, 2018, visitation will be held at St. Mary’s Catholic Faith Community, 9520 West Forest Home Avenue, Hales Corners, WI, from 9:30 AM to 11:15 AM. Visitation will be followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 AM, with Fr. Leonard Barbian presiding. There will be a private internment ceremony at a later date.

Special thanks from Jackie to Doctor(s) Mian, Cooley, & Alaqabaum and their staffs that had treated her medical needs in recent years. Thanks to all of the Nurses and CNA’s at Lasata for all their caring assistance. A special mention to the Nagy family (Dan, Anne, Adam, Stewart & Brian) of Hales Corners who were always there for her in her days living alone in Hales Corners.
