Susan, Please accept my sympathy on the loss of your mother. Not sure if you remember me or not, but our parents were great friends. My mom and dad loved your mom and dad. My parents were Dick and Charlotte Swatek. Your dad was my Sunday school teacher at Hales Corners Lutheran Church. My brother, Lon, and I have such fond memories of coming to your beautiful lake home, and Lon says he remembers fishing there too. I have often wondered over the years how your mom and all of you were doing? My dad died in 2010, and my mom in 2014. They both talked about Jane and Chet and all the wonderful memories they had over the years. Your mom was such a sweet, sweet woman. I will always remember her soft-spoken voice and kindness. It looks like she lived a long, beautiful life. Hoping she was in good health as well. I often said, the longer are parents are with us, the harder it is when they're gone. I"m sure you're feeling the same way. I just wanted to reach out to you and send my condolences. I hope you and the rest of your family are well. Please greet Ruth and Carl for me, will you? Take care Susan- Love and Strength, Ellen Swatek (P.S. My parents are at WI Memorial Park too- in the Wisconsin Room)

My Mother was a gentle, kind, caring person that all people should model their lives after. I love you Mother and miss you terribly. I look forward to joining you someday. In the meantime, enjoy all the wonders God has created for you.

FAMILY of JANE --- Found the obituary of your dear mother/grandmother in this morning's newspaper. Please know that you have my sympathy in the passing of this dear soul. Hard to believe that I've been visiting her for over 12 years! Just a short story: I arrived one morning (attempting to be with her early in the day) and found her taking a nap. As I called her name (Yes, a few times with increasing volume) …. she awoke. The first words out of her mouth were "You're suppose to give me Communion!" I knew and we shared it together. I am confident in her faith filled life that claims the promise of resurrection. May God bless each of you as you entrust her into God's care during these difficult health times. Pastor David
