“Dad has cancer” are words no one wants to say or hear. After Jeff’s Leukemia diagnosis in 2010, he fought hard and silently. Jeff didn’t want to worry or burden the people around him which attests to his giving personality. He found his peace on Friday, October 16, 2020, age 49. Loving husband of Julie for 21 years whose acts of love will be remembered. Proud dad of Hannah and Ethan who lived to watch and support his kid’s endless activities. Son of Judy and the late Fred who inspired his nightly snack of popcorn or ice cream. Giving son-in-law of Ken and Sharon Rupena where his actions spoke louder than words. Brother of Scott (Donna) and Carrie where childhood memories live on. Further survived by other family members and friends. Jeff was a gentle giant whose thoughtfulness and kindness was seen by all. He was an avid sports fan who never missed a Packer, Brewer or Badger game. Also, he was a Pewaukee Pirate super-fan. His life also revolved around his best four-legged friend, Lulu. During his six-weeks of hospitalization, Jeff continuously expressed his gratefulness to his supportive friends. His family chose to build his casket to wrap him in their endless love.
