Jeremiah Dotson was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, to Cheryl and Krug Dotson on October 2, 2002.

Jeremiah attended Brown Deer High School, where he was a standout basketball player graduating in 2021. Jeremiah began playing basketball at the age of 9. After graduating high school, he attended We Are United Prep School in Springfield, Missouri. His coach described him as “a relentless basketball player, always striving to be better, and more importantly, to help his teammates be better.” Jeremiah recently accepted an offer to continue his basketball journey by committing to Missouri State University-West Plains.

Jeremiah passed away on April 18, 2022. He is preceded in death by his grandfathers, Lee V. Stanley and Audie Dotson, and his uncle Stephan Thompson.

Jeremiah leaves to cherish his memory: Mother, Cheryl Dotson, Father, Krug Dotson, brother and sister, Justin, and Dakota. Caring Grandmothers Faye Stanley and Mae Dotson, loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and his extended family, friends, and teammates.

Jeremiah touched countless lives in his 19 years with us. Jeremiah was a very caring person and will be loved forever and always.

Funeral visitation to be held on Tuesday, April 26, 2022 from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM at Krause Funeral Home and Cremation Services, 9000 West Capitol Drive, Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Interment to follow at Graceland Cemetery.
