Passed away peacefully, in the presence of family, Friday January 12, 2018 at the age of 74. I know you already know that Shim has moved to the next realm. It has been a very hard 2 months. I learn every day that I loved her and continue to love her on a deeper level I ever knew possible. Please continue to embrace her as my life partner and help her learn the ropes. Please give her a hug for me. Thanks for still helping me through the challenges of life on life's terms.

Just figured out next month marks 5 years since you and I went to our last concert. Willie at Summerfest was wonderful. I am glad we could take Shim's scooter. It was not only a hike from the parking location, it was a hike across the festival grounds! I had a great time that evening. Thank you for sharing it with me. I miss you.

Well, we all survived your second Birthday without celebrating with you here. It was easier this year only in the fact that I didn't cry the entire week leading up to and all day of your Birthday. I did think of you just as much. I do still miss you every day. I am glad I can still talk to you. It helps me get through every day knowing you can heat me and that you watch over me. Thank you for helping me get through every day without your hugs. I love you.

My thanks to you and Mom for being positive role models for me to follow in this aspect of my life. I felt your presence during this experience. Tom was always my favorite little brother! My older brother passed away in 1980 with Lung Cancer. Tom was funny, talented, and always a joy to be around. He teased me to no end, but always in fun. He loved my kids, as they showed him the same love and respect. He will always be sadly missed and have a soft spot in our hearts. He was a great brother to my sisters and I. How I pray he is happy now with Jesus.

Uncle Tom was my hero. He helped me more than he could have ever known. His sniper-like wit and ability to see through the crap were valued virtues. He taught me the importance of not only remembering mistakes made, but embracing the outcomes of those mistakes. A very difficult process to say the least, but one that only proves to strengthen and humble the soul. Thank you, Uncle Tom, for helping me to stand tall when I could not do it on my own. I love you!
