Margaret “Peggy” Kozak

(nee Smith) Entered into Eternal Life, Monday, April 17, 2017 at age 71. Precious wife, loved soulmate and high school sweetheart of Roger Kozak.  Cherished mother of Brian (Lynn) Kozak, Nadine (Paul Santiago) Kozak, Rachel Kozak and Paul Kozak.  Adoring grandmother of Kelly (Jeremiah), Jesse (Amy), Sean, Nick, Doug, Megan, Michelè, Marshall and Julien.  Sweet great grandmother of Lucas, Nathan, Madelyn and Isaac. Daughter of the late Louis and Mirka Smith (nee Grubich).  Sister of Michael Smith (late), Judith Janasiak, Alice (Michael) Boese, Elizabeth Smith (late), Alexander Smith, Mary (Brian) Hohfeld and Christopher Smith.  Peggy’s smiling face will be greatly missed by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A special thank you to the ER and the 2nd floor staff at Waukesha Memorial Hospital, the staff at Vitas Hospice and her caregivers Whitney, Evelyn, Kendra and especially, her friend Erica Stribling.

A Gathering will be held Tuesday, April 25, 2017 from 4:00 PM to 5:45 PM at Krause Funeral Home, 21600 West Capitol Drive, Brookfield, Wisconsin.  Memorial Service to follow at 6:00 PM.

In lieu of flowers memorials are appreciated to VITAS Hospice or the Kozak family.
