Went Home on July 29, 2021 at the age of 45. Loving and devoted husband of Jean (nee Campbell) for 25 years on August 17th . Proud dog-dad of Chico and Peanut. Loving son of Brenda Dankert. Mario will also be missed by twin brother Miguel (Michaela) May and brother Chuck Dankert. He was the nephew of Sylvester Watson and Loretta Weddle, son-in-law of Wayne and Marilyn Campbell, brother-in-law of Stacy (Erik) Brown and Cynthia Campbell, and uncle of Angelina, Angelino, Sam, Jaydon, Isaac, Addison, Kellyonna, and Morgan. Mario will also be missed by best friend J.T. and a host of other loving family and friends.

 

Preceded in death by Grandparents Alice and Robert Shacklett.

 

Mario loved to cook, barbeque, and fish. He adored playing with “his boys” and having bonfires with his wife. He was also an avid or as his wife may say ridiculous shoe collector.

 

He will be missed by all who knew him.

 

Visitation will be held on Wednesday, August 4th, 2021 from 12:00 PM until 2:00 PM at Krause Funeral Home, 7001 West Brown Deer Road, Milwaukee, WI. Prayer service will begin at 2:00 PM.
