Mary Ann Goodman (nee Kreuter) passed to eternal life on January 7 at the age of 93.  Beloved wife of 55 years to the late Earl.  Loving mother of Bill (Lisa), Mark and Barbara (Toby) Wiggins.  Dear grandmother of Beth, Kaela and Rebecca.  Mary Ann is further survived by cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

She was preceded in death by her parents Anna and Hugo Kreuter and brothers George (Betty) and Robert.

Born in Cedarburg and a graduate of Milwaukee State Teachers College, Mary Ann was a longtime resident of Brown Deer and attended Abiding Savior Lutheran Church.  Retirement years were spent with Earl at Lake Arrowhead in Nekoosa before moving back to Milwaukee and residing at Luther Manor where she reunited with old friends and made many new ones.  Mary Ann enjoyed gardening, cooking, sheepshead, traveling, golf and time with family.  She loved to sing and was always involved with her church choir.  Mary Ann was an inspiration to her family as she lived her life practicing kindness and compassion towards others.

Visitation will be held at Krause Funeral Home, 7001 West Brown Deer Road, Milwaukee, Wisconsin on Saturday, January 28, 2023 starting at 11:30 AM with a service at 1:30 PM.

We met Mary Ann at Luther Manor. She was an inspiration to us - always cheerful and encouraging. She was one of the main supporters of the formation of the Terrace Singers at Luther Manor and sang tenor with us. She was a cheerleader for all things "musical" at LM and will be missed by all of us.
