I was so saddened to hear of Mike's passing. I was lucky enough to be able to volunteer with him through pancan. He was truly a bright light in a battle that doesn't always have a lot of hope. We will continue to keep him in our hearts as we Wage Hope against this horrible disease. Hugs and prayers to his family and friends. <3

Our deepest sympathies to the Roshar family! Mike will truly be missed by Joey and I. Mike gave the best hugs of anyone we've ever met! We have such fond memories of our time at lake Puckaway with Mike and the family. Mike also gave us such support during our difficult time while he and his family were going through an even more difficult time, showing the amazing man he really was. We will never forget Mike and his humor, presence, personality, and what a true example he was as a father and husband.
John T. Coughlin left a message on May 15, 2017:
I first met Mike in 1974 during his last year in law school at the University of Wisconsin when he accepted a job offer to work for the Mulcahy & Wherry law firm. I worked with Mike for several years at the law firm. Mike uniquely combined a quiet strength with genuine warmth and compassion. He had a wonderful sense of humor that was subtly expressed with a small, somewhat sly, smile. He was totally dedicated to Millie and his family. He was simply the best “man for all seasons” that I have ever known. Penny and I send our heartfelt condolences, love and prayers to Millie and his family. John & Penny Coughlin

While I never met Mike, nor ever spoke with him, we e-mailed over the last year. Mike was an amazing support to me after my husband was diagnosed with pancreatic cancer. He was supportive, kind and positive despite battling this awful cancer himself. Mike always referred to his sources of strength: his wonderful wife and family, friends and his faith. While I never had the pleasure of meeting him in person, his support was invaluable. I am so sorry for your loss.

I first met Mike in 2008 while viewing condos at Eagle Landing. His warm smile and reassuring voice were a huge part of my decision to purchase one of the Eagle Landing Condos. And from that time forward his warm smile and reassuring voice never wavered. Mike was a friend to all and will be surely missed by all.
