To Mike's loving family, we were so sad to hear of Mike's passing. I had the honor and pleasure of working with Mike at Kemper for 27 years. Mike often talked about his family, kids and grandkids with a smile on his face, he was so proud of the kids that he and Ginny had raised. Mike's impact during his Kemper career can be seen in the number of lives and careers Mike positively impacted. It is easy for a leader to hold people back because it makes their job easier but Mike never did that, his attitude was we can create more leaders. Mike was one of the best people I have ever met, a true gentleman, he cared about people, and will be missed tremendously. He left a great legacy with his kids and the people that will always smile when they think of Mike. Our thoughts and prayers are with all of you. Brian and Laura

GInny & Family, Lucy and I were truly sorry to hear about Mike's passing and share our deepest condolences with you all. I worked with Mike for a number of years at Kemper and I do not know of a better man. Kind, patient, loving, knowledgeable, caring, understanding, compassionate and successful were just of the few of the many positive attributes Mike lived his life by. He was always most proud of his family and the workers he managed. I am proud to have been his frend and will miss him.
