Nancy A. Leister

(Nee Nevins) Born to Eternal Life on December 7, 2021, at age 84. Beloved wife of the late Allen. Loving mother of Julianne (Robert) Baudo and Dr. Lynnellen (Marvin) Swosinski. Proud grandma of Matt, Eryn, and Jake Baudo and Justin (Kate) Swosinski. Cherished great grandma of Jozef, Logan and Raegan. Dear sister of Suellen (Donald) Fischer and Jenise (Jeffrey) Klos. Further survived by her in-laws, nieces, nephews, and other family members and friends.

Special thanks to the staff and residents at Sunrise Terrace, especially Renae, Peaches, Desiree and Nicci.

Nancy was married to Allen for 63 years. She was an incredibly hard worker and held several positions in a variety of industries during the course of her career. Her many talents and hobbies included art, crochet, crafting, writing, gardening, and crossword puzzles. She had been a proud member of Threads of Compassion an organization that crochets and knits comfort shawls for the families of organ donors. She is remembered by her daughters and family as a woman of strength, loyalty, and when she made time for it – fun.
