Found peace on July 8, 2017. Age 72. Beloved son of Sylvia M. and the late Curtis E. Dibb. Loving brother of Terrence M. (Karen) Dibb, Pat Dibb, and Gail (David) Silva. Also loved by nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends. Per Dick’s request, no funeral service will be held.
