Sadden by the death of Robert Mosley, and extend condolences to his family and friend. Halyard Park redevelopment was the first task and issue to confront me on my first day at city hall. Bob played a key role in my success in public service because he and his family helped to build and make the Halyard Park housing development a success. Through the years he has been a good friend and supporter of the Harambee (central City) stabilization effort. Peace and comfort to all who loved Robert "Bob" Mosley.
