Over 25 yrs. ago my husband Ralph and I were trying to sell our home. Some one put in a bid with an FHA loan. They came through for inspection 3 days before closing and decided the garage needed a new roof! Roy heard about it and was there the next day directing and leading the crew (Bob and Ralph). All for the price of a beer. I'll never forget that. Thanks again Roy! Our condolences to the extended Ehnert family. Myke and Ralph Zahner
