Born into Eternal Life on Monday, October 24, 2022, at age 73, after a very short battle with cancer. Adored brother to Jeff and Greg. Proud father of Nate Gruna and Elise (Alex) Statza. Loving grandpa to Camille Statza. Also loved by sisters-in-law, aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends. Preceded in death by parents Stanley T. and Caroline A. Gruna.

Stan served as a Marine in the Vietnam War; his service was recognized with participation in the Stars and Stripes Honor Flight; and he passed away amongst fellow veterans at the VA in Milwaukee.

Stan loved to golf, ride motorcycles, Mexican food, travel and the Arizona desert.

Memorial gathering will be at Krause Funeral Home, 12401 West National Avenue, New Berlin, Wisconsin on Friday, November 11th from 2:00 PM to 3:45 PM with service to follow at 4:00 PM.

Stan requested to be cremated, and in lieu of flowers memorials are appreciated to the VA Medical Center.
