I met Stephanie in 1988. She and Genhi were joined at the hip. We all broke bread together that year during Thanksgiving with my parents and paternal grandmother. Many of the major milestones during my early 20's included Stephanie and Genhi. My fondest memory is of the three of us drinking Bailey's Irish Cream on the roof at 2011 3rd Avenue South in Minneapolis. I miss you girl.

I remember shopping with her one time for a class birthday party and several times we chatted at the playground after school. She always had the most cheerful disposition and good sense of humor. What struck me was her love and devotion of Adison and how speaking of him lit up her face and how she wanted to do all she could to make him smile too.
