Was born into Eternal Life on Friday, April 29, 2022. Loving husband of Debora (nee Hoots) for 21 years. Proud father of Angela, Gordon, John “Jack” and Thomas. Cherished son of Joanne and the late Ronald “Gordon”. Siblings Debra, David (Kathleen) and Steven. Also loved by sister and brother-in-law Darline and John, Ryan, Oliver, many other relatives and friends.
Tom loved playing guitar, coaching Whitnall youth sports and being President of the Hales Corners Fourth of July committee. Most of all he enjoyed helping others, time spent with family and relaxing with friends. He will be greatly missed by his dog, Frankie.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Krause Funeral Home, 12401 West National Avenue, New Berlin, Wisconsin on Friday, May 6th, 2022 from 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM.

Tom was president of the Hales Corners 4th of July committee when I first joined. He worked so hard behind the scenes year after year to make sure everyone had a fun & safe holiday celebration. Tom was a great leader and I learned a lot from him how to be an impactful volunteer. I wish we could have had elephants in the parade like he wanted; instead we had to settle for camels. They may have spent a night in his yard if I recall? What a fun, cool, and hard working guy. Hats off to you sir for a job well done.

We were so sad to hear of Tom's passing, he was such a great coach, friend and mentor to our son Cullen. We were dealing with some medical issues at the time and Tom never hesitated to help with picking up Cullen for practice or games when I needed help, he will be greatly missed. Condolences to Deb, and the whole Niemen family, may God hold him in the palm of his hand.

Tom, You have been my best fiend for over 50 years. We have so many memories we have shared with each other. Every time we sat around with other friends and started telling our stories over again it lasted for hours and we laughed every time. There are some great ones! The world is full of cliché's but there is one that describes you to a "Tee". That is "he would give you the shirt off his back". You were there every time me and Lorraine needed anything. All it took was one phone call. Can't believe you are gone. We will both miss you very much! The deck won't be the same this year without you having drinks with us on it. For the past 50 years you have always been a steadfast friend. You were in our wedding, godfather to our daughter, and a best friend to both Jim & I. We cherished the years together throughout Bay View High School. Through the births of our children. Through every ups and downs life gave us. You have remained a constant, loyal friend. Not many people can say that. We will forever miss you and your friendship. The nights with you and Deb on the deck (with Jack Daniels, of course). You fought a good fight till the end. You never gave in…..true strength of your character. We love you Tom! Keep playing that guitar up in heaven…..maybe if we listen hard enough we will hear your music down here. We love you Tom. RIP

My deepest condolences to the entire Niemann family. My son had the honor and privelege of having Tom as his youth football coach at Whitnall and I honestly believe that helped shape my son into the fine young man that he is today. My family was going thru a very rough time, a divorce and because of that, my son's dad was not around as much. Tom knew this and Tom made sure that he picked my son up EVERY single Sunday to go throw the ball around with him, Tommy and Jack. One thing that I am glad about is that I made sure to tell Tom what a great person and coach is was and how much he meant to us. I know that we are all very sad,, heartbroken and shocked by Tom's passing but I can see him (rolling his eyes:), hear him now, telling us to not be sad but to remember the memories and all of the good times with him. We definitely lost a good one, one who truly gave to our kids and our community selflessly and effortlessly, as it just was who Tom was. Thank you Tom, you and your kindness will never be forgotten.
