Viola Gabriel

(Nee Edwards)  Born in Pardeeville, WI March 31, 1927. Moved on in her journey on July 5, 2018. Deeply missed by her loving husband of 71 years, Greg; daughter Valerie and son Mark (JoEllen); grandchildren Laura (Wayne) Philpott, Angela, Taryn (fiance Andy Ceballos) and Jake; great-grandsons Kyle and Corey Philpott.

Vi’s greatest loves were her family and friends and the church of the great outdoors. Somewhere behind those came walks, floating on Big Newton Lake, entertaining, travel, rummage sale-ing for depression glass, a hammock in Ireland, danceable music, Chinese egg rolls, and playing bridge. She hummed continuously, almost, through all.

As memorials, the family asks that you remember your good times with Vi.  She gave us so many.

Private family celebrations of her life will be held.
